Power Space tailor-made dust removal plan for you
What operations should be particularly noted during the installation and debugging of a fume extractor welding?
In order to achieve good purification effect with a fume extractor welding, besides ensuring the quality of the equipment itself, correct installation and inspection of the welding fume purifier are also crucial and should be taken seriously. Otherwise, if the welding dust collector fails and is not promptly addressed, the dust removal efficiency can suddenly decrease, failing to achieve the desired dust removal effect and affecting normal production. So, what operations should be particularly noted during the installation and debugging of a portable fume extractor?
During the installation of the fume extractor system, it is important to check the connections of the dust collector housing, ensuring they are securely fastened. Also, check for proper sealing in relevant areas and assess the effectiveness of the seals. Check for any air leakage at the welding points as well; inspecting the housing is a critical step. Verify that the intake, exhaust, and damper switches of the welding fume purifier can be fully opened, fully closed, or locked. Prior to assembly, inspect the diameter and spacing of the blowhole on the blowing air pipe of the dust collector's cleaning device, ensuring there are no issues before installation. Additionally, check for any air leakage in the pulse valve and blowing pipe and promptly address any problems found.
